I deal with product liability cases, especially litigation and pre-trial consulting. I specialise in product law, including the essential requirements, conformity assessment procedures and CE marking issues. I also have extensive experience in matters related to general product safety, including regulatory advisory, recall processes and product safety administrative proceedings. Additionally, I advise entities from regulated industries on regulatory and contractual issues related to launching various innovative products.
I also provide comprehensive regulatory advice to clients from the medical device industry, including advertising and promotional activities, as well as compliance, manufacturing and distribution issues.
I support clients in proceedings before courts and public authorities, in particular before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Polish Office for the Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
My interests also include consumer protection, environmental law and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. Before starting to work with KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained experience in law firms in the Life Sciences and competition departments, as well as providing pro bono legal assistance.
