Daryna’s particular expertise lies in commercial and investment arbitration, and her main focus is in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
For more than ten years Daryna has been helping clients in international arbitration proceedings. She uses her extensive experience in acting for states, businesses, and individuals in investment arbitration as well as when handling complex commercial arbitrations. Daryna has experience in dealing with numerous institutional, as well as ad hoc, arbitrations (including DIS, Gafta, ICDR (AAA), ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and PCA) seated across Europe and in the US. She also has experience representing clients before Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Board proceedings for construction projects.
