“Rzeczpospolita” has published an article on the planned implementation of the Product Liability Directive in Poland.
Ewa Rutkowska was asked by “Rzeczpospolita” to comment on the topic. She highlighted the significance of the new PLD framework for businesses placing products on the EU market and its impact on product liability claims, also with regard to digital products.
The planned changes will affect how companies assess risks related to product safety. The regulatory non-compliance will result in making it easier for the injured to seek compensation in civil proceedings.
