I focus on issues relating to pharmaceutical law and Life Sciences in the broadest sense. I specialise mainly in regulatory issues regarding medicinal products and clinical trials, including supporting clients in drafting and reviewing clinical trial agreements and clinical trial-related documentation.
I also support the Product Law and Dispute Resolution Team in product law matters, including advising clients operating in the telecommunications and e-commerce sectors.
My interests also include the legal aspects of the application of new technologies in medicine, including those related to the recognition of software as a medical device. Before joining KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained experience at one of Warsaw’s boutique law firms specialising in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
I am currently an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.
