I have specialised for more than 12 years in pharmaceutical law, issues relating to medical devices and dietary supplements, as well as compliance, in particular the conformity of advertising and promotional activities with the applicable regulations and guidelines.
I have been advising clients from the pharmaceutical, medical and food sectors on all business matters for more than twelve years. I gained my experience in the Life Sciences departments of international law firms and as an in-house lawyer at one of Poland’s largest pharmaceutical companies, where I worked for seven years, including two years in the compliance department. I have represented numerous clients in negotiations and proceedings before regulators. I have also participated in due diligence analyses of businesses.
I have many years of experience in supervising marketing and sales activities, including verifying promotional and advertising materials, and in conducting training and audits. I have participated in drafting industry codes of good practice and disciplinary court rules, as well as drafting and updating internal corporate procedures. I have also acted as an arbitrator in industry associations for many years.
