I specialise in pharmaceutical and medical law, providing services to domestic and international entities in the Life Sciences sector.
I offer advice on such matters as reimbursement, marketing, compliance, public procurement law, contract negotiation and the distribution of medicinal products and medical devices. I also provide pro bono legal assistance to non-profit organisations and individuals.
Before joining KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained professional experience in an international corporation, as well as in boutique law firms specialising in medical and pharmaceutical law. As part of that experience, I collaborated with the District Medical Chamber in Warsaw, advising physicians on matters related to practising the medical profession.
I am currently an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.
