I specialize in litigation matters related to product liability, tort liability, contractual liability and insurance liability. I represent clients in proceedings before courts of law and arbitration courts, as well as in pre-litigation negotiations. I also advise on the drafting and interpretation of commercial and consumer contracts.
Before joining KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained experience in litigation departments of international law firms. I also underwent an internship with a law firm in the U.S. which specialises in trials and dispute resolution.
I am an author of more than a dozen academic papers on civil procedure and private law. I defended my PhD thesis on the topic of Polish and U.S. civil procedure. I am also a lecturer in civil procedure at the University of Warsaw.
