I specialize in pharmaceutical law and healthcare law, supporting clients in product liability matters and litigation.
I advise on medical law and civil litigation, as well as on regulatory issues relevant to the Life Sciences sector. I am also involved in matters concerning patient rights, particularly in the area of perinatal care.
I am a law graduate of the University of Warsaw and hold a bachelor’s degree in public health from the Medical University of Warsaw, which I completed with honours.
Before joining KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained professional experience in boutique law firms specializing in Life Sciences, as well as in the administration department of a Warsaw hospital.
During my studies, I was awarded a scholarship at the University of Luxembourg, where I developed expertise in EU law, new technologies law and data protection law.
I am currently an attorney-at-law trainee.
