I specialise in data protection and new technology law, supporting the firm’s clients from mainly the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Life Sciences sectors.
I have extensive experience in data protection law, which I gained by advising numerous companies both, as counsel and as a Data Protection Officer. I was responsible for numerous GDPR implementation projects, as well as projects regarding international data transfer compliance, risk-analysis and data breach management.
Before I joined KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained experience in law firms and consulting firms, as well as working with non-governmental organisations.
I am a certified ISO 27001 internal auditor and a member of the Data Protection Officers’ Association – SABI.
I am currently an attorney-at-law trainee at the Katowice Bar Association.
