I specialize in competition and consumer protection law and have extensive experience representing clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP), the European Commission, and courts.
My expertise includes advising on issues related to anti-competitive agreements, distribution agreements, sensitive information exchange, abuse of a dominant position, and infringements of collective consumer interests. I also advise companies on preparing and implementing compliance programs. Additionally, I advise on antitrust matters concerning mergers and acquisitions and represent clients in merger control proceedings before the OCCP.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and hold an LL.M. in Competition Law from the Brussels School of Competition.
