I currently divide my time between supporting lawyers in litigation and administrative proceedings and advising on new technology law. My fields of expertise in this area include data protection, contractual and regulatory issues in the IT environment and legal aspects of artificial intelligence. I also have extensive experience in conducting internal IT incident investigations and whistleblowing proceedings.
Before I joined KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński, I gained professional experience in a Polish law firm and in legal and compliance departments of companies operating in regulated industries (financial and insurance).
I am a member of the Young ICCA association of young arbitration practitioners.
I am currently an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association, which gave me the opportunity to undergo a professional internship at the Italian law firm, NEXTA Partners.
