I advise healthcare businesses and organisations on the Pharmaceutical Law, Reimbursement Act, Intellectual Property Law, e-commerce and private international law.
I am employed as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. I graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, I defended my doctorate in legal studies with honours at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. I was awarded the title of Doctor Habilitatus in Legal Studies by a resolution of the Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. I am an author of numerous academic publications and co-author of the first textbook on pharmaceutical law, as well as the monographs, “Advertising and Promotion Law”, “Internet Law” and “Legal Aspects of E-Commerce,” and a supplement to the encyclopaedia “Cyber Law in Poland.” I am also an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains.
I am a legislative expert at Employers of Poland. From January 2013 to January 2014, I worked in Switzerland as the Legal Director Africa, South Africa and Israel for a multinational pharmaceutical corporation. I am a long-term associate and counsel at international and Polish law firms.
